Description
Scope & Applications
•Detects early pregnancy in sheep, aiding timely artificial insemination.
•Helps assess reproductive health to improve farm productivity.
How It Works
1.Collect the Sample: Take morning urine for testing to ensure reliable results. Collect approximately 5-10ml of sheep urine in a clean container.
2.Prepare the Test: Use the provided sheep urine dropper to add 3-4 drops of urine into the circular sample hole of the test card.
3.Read Results: Wait for 5 minutes and then interpret the results using the reference table provided.
For advanced monitoring, consider the following testing schedule:
•Step 1: Test between days 18-22 post-insemination. A positive result suggests pregnancy; follow up on days 23-24 to confirm.
•Step 2: If the first test (days 18-22) is negative, skip day 23-24 testing.
•Step 3: If testing starts on day 23, perform tests for two consecutive days. Mixed results (positive and negative) indicate non-pregnancy.
•Step 4: After day 24, conduct tests for 5 consecutive days. One negative result indicates non-pregnancy; all positives confirm pregnancy.
