Description
Principle
The Bovine CORO-ROTA-CRYP-CPE-EK99 Ag Combo Test uses rapid immunochromatographic technology to detect CORO, ROTA, CRYP, CPE and EK99 antigens. After adding the diluted sample to the sample well of the test paper card, if there is CORO, ROTA, CRYP, CPE and EK99 antigen in the sample, the antigen will specifically bind to the colloidal gold-labeled anti-CORO, ROTA, CRYP, CPE and EK99 monoclonal antibody. The formed complex moves along the chromatographic membrane and is captured by the corresponding monoclonal antibody pre-coated on the chromatographic membrane, forming a wine-red detection line at the position of the test line. If there is no CORO, ROTA, CRYP, CPE or EK99 antigen in the sample, no visible lines will be formed at the T position. The C line should always appear after the sample is applied, indicating a valid result. The device can accurately indicate the presence of CORO, ROTA, CRYP, CPE or EK99 antigen in the sample.
TEST PROCEDURE
– Collect cattle’s fresh whole blood, and get the serum or plasma specimen for use. Immediately apply the testing once collected the specimen.
– Place 2-3 drop (around 70-100uL) of serum or plasma specimen into the sample hole. Start timer and wait for result.
– Interpret the result in 5-10 minutes. Result after 15 minutes is considered as invalid.

– Positive (+): The presence of both “C” line and zone “T” line, no matter T line is clear or vague.
– Negative (-): Only clear C line appear. No T line.
– Invalid: No colored line appears in C zone. No matter if T line appears.
