How to Use
1.Prepare the Sample:
•Plasma: Collect blood in EDTA tubes, allow it to stand or centrifuge, and extract the supernatant.
•Serum: Collect blood in centrifuge tubes, wait 2 hours or centrifuge, then extract the supernatant.
2.Conduct the Test:
•Add 3 drops (100–120 μL) of plasma/serum or prepare diluted blood for testing.
•Observe the results after 15 minutes.
3.Interpret Results:
•Positive: C & T lines visible.
•Negative: C line visible only.
•Invalid: No C line appears—use a new test kit.
