Testing Instructions:
1.Collect Blood Sample: Draw 0.5 mL of whole blood using EDTA or anticoagulant tubes.
2.Add Blood: Place 1 drop of whole blood (approximately 20 μL) into each test well.
3.Add Buffer: Dispense 1 drop of buffer solution (approximately 20 μL) into each test well.
4.Mix: Stir the blood and buffer for 30 seconds using the mixing rod (use a clean rod for each test well).
5.Check Results: Read results within 3–5 minutes.
